During Buyer's Possession of the property

Texas Real Estate contracts stipulates that the property to be broom clean when the sellers vacate the property. 

Broom clean means the house should be move-in ready with all of the sellers possessions and trash removed from the house. 

The sellers are not required to have it professionally cleaned unless specified in the contract.
