After you have an accepted offer

  • Option fee and earnest money must be given to the title company within 3 days of offer acceptance.

  • Hire an inspector to inspect the property.

  • Don't acquire new loans or significantly increase your credit card usage, without consulting with your loan officer, until after closing.
